Can I get a refund?

We have a limited refund window of 48 hours from purchase, after which all bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-transferrable.

The reason for this is that we immediately begin arranging your package through our world wide network of local travel experts. This may include your flight, cruise, accommodation or any other component of your package.

How do I apply for a Visa?

Applying for a visa is essential for many countries and we advise that you investigate your own personal circumstances to determine what is required.

You may need to apply directly with your local consulate or through an online government portal, depending on the country you are visiting.

Can I change my booking?

We have a limited window of 48 hours from purchase after which all bookings become strictly non-refundable and non-transferrable.

The reason for this is that we immediately begin arranging your package through our world wide network of local travel experts. This may include your flight, cruise, accommodation or any other component of your package.

All changes will incur a $250 per person fee in addition to any further charges resulting from the request. All change requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Can I change my flight?

All changes will incur a $250 per person fee in addition to any further charges passed on from the airline. All change requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Note that due to airline rules, a change may not be possible and a new flight will need to be booked, forfeiting the original ticket.

How many people on the tours?

The size of our tours vary from package to package and may range from 16 to 50 people. Other packages may even be less or be a private tour. It’s difficult to give an exact indication prior to travel, but the same quality of service applies regardless of how many choose to travel.

Will I need vaccinations for my trip?

Not all countries share the same standard of living as we are privileged to enjoy in New Zealand and so it’s important to ensure you are vaccinated against any local health risks. How do I apply for a passport?

Passports are a fact of life when travelling and we encourage everyone to investigate the requirements of their chosen destination.

Every person’s situation is different and for that reason we’re unable to provide advice with regards to passports. We suggest you begin the process by clicking HERE, where you can find out what you need before applying for a passport.

Can I travel as a single traveller?

Yes, we encourage single travellers to join our tours, but note that some packages may require a single supplement. The reason for this is that our pricing is typically on a per person twin share arrangement, where some costs are shared over two people, such as accommodation or a cruise cabin.

Can I travel with children?

We encourage families to join us around the world, but please familiarise yourself with the conditions of your chosen package as there may be age restrictions. Some packages may offer a discount to children while others will be at the adult price.
